The heart of my work flows from a deep desire to see people whole in mind, body, and spirit. God placed in me a nurturing spirit and a calm presence so that others can feel safe to open up, release, and breathe again. Every conversation, every counseling session, every birth support moment is a sacred encounter where heaven meets earth through compassion, care, and faith.

I come from Immokalee, Florida, a small town where people truly knew one another, where community meant connection and closeness. That same spirit guides my work today. Whether through Spirit‑Led Counseling or doula support, my aim is to create a space that is personal and grounded, a place where you are seen, heard, and met right where you are. I work alongside you on your terms with empathy and understanding, while also protecting myself so that I can serve from a place of peace and strength.

I am a mother of three children on the autism spectrum and an Army wife married for eight years to a husband who has served throughout our entire marriage. These life experiences have shaped my heart, teaching me resilience, patience, and the beauty of trusting God through every season. They also give me unique insight into guiding families, navigating challenges, and empowering individuals to rise into their purpose.

Through Spirit‑Led Counseling, I help individuals reconnect with God’s voice, release burdens, and find clarity for their next steps. Through doula support, I walk beside women and families in one of life’s most beautiful and transformative seasons. Birth is not only physical, it is deeply spiritual. My role is to bring calm to the room, faith into the atmosphere, and strength to the mother’s heart.

Both callings flow from the same anointing: to nurture, empower, and help others reach their full potential as God intended them to be. My work is rooted in creating connection, community, and care, a reflection of the small‑town closeness I cherish and the faith that guides me. I serve individuals and families throughout Central Texas, offering holistic, faith‑centered support that meets the heart, mind, and spirit.

Everything I do is guided by our business verse:
“Who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”
2 Corinthians 1:4

This verse reminds me each day why I do this work: to offer comfort, encouragement, and support to others with the same love and compassion that God has poured into my own life. My prayer is that everyone I serve feels seen, cared for, and strengthened to walk through their own journey with hope and peace.
